Who will be managing my project?

Every Symphony Homes project is assigned to a qualified site supervisor who will be onsite from start to finish. Our Senior Project Manager will handle all of your scheduling, paperwork and project technicalities. You will also receive regular updates of all the bills or invoices paid and/or pending. We want to ensure that you are aware of all the financials coming in and out of your project.

How long does construction take?

Symphony Homes will tailor a custom project schedule for you before anything commences to ensure that you are aware of the timeline to completion. While each project is unique, typically a new custom home can take anywhere form 8-14 months, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Clear communication is key throughout the construction process and clients will be updated and educated continuously and consistently on their project.
